Crowne Plaza Midtown Manhattan

This hotel has it all—stunning views of the city skyline and the bay, spotless hallways, and a well-maintained gym complete with a water station and restroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable!

Spending Christmas Eve alone can feel a bit lonely, but the staff here made it so special! At first, I turned down the welcome champagne, but later I changed my mind—and they were so sweet about bringing it over. Their kindness really made my stay memorable. We especially enjoyed chatting with a lovely gentleman from Romania—he was so kind and helpful. The bar staff, particularly Mel, were fantastic too. The drink specials were a great touch and really added to the fun. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

We loved the amazing location—just a short walk from Penn Station, Port Authority, and Times Square! The room was gorgeous, and the bathroom was lovely too. And the beds? Unbelievably comfortable—we slept like a dream!
